submitted by Nick - |Recommended: YesThe new manager, Danika, has done an absolutely amazing job with this place. Compared to the old managers, she has made tons of significant positive changes. The building is always extremely clean, management is extremely friendly and quick to respond to residents, and there are regularly resident events, food, and gatherings almost weekly . I have lived here for almost 2 years now and this semester has been the best one so far and I attribute that to the new management. Besides management, the building itself is wonderful the rooms are all extremely large, spacious, and look very nice, the location is perfect, the gym is great I actually go to my other gym less because this one is so much more convenient , underground parking is clutch, and the common areas are awesome hard to describe them but if you visit you'll see what I mean . I highly recommend this place and will continue to live here throughout my time at OSU.
